Seedling (#3) x Military School

SEEDLING #3 from 2006. (Linda Michael's Dallas Star seedling x Trahlyta) Held onto this one for the fabulous color and the wire edge of near white. Fantastic red color, not sure how to describe it, maybe carmine red? Watermarked eye with a pencil edge of darker purply-red. Star-shaped yellow eye fading into a good green heart. A little on the short side but the color is fabulous.

MILITARY SCHOOL (Santa Lucia) 2006) DIP DOR (Spanish Fandango x Seedling) Burgundy purple with a chevron patterned eyezone. Yellow throat fades into a green heart. Transmits chevron pattern well. A major breakthrough for spidery patterned daylilies. Midseason. 6” bloom, 20 blooms. 30 inch scape, 2 branches.
